ok bazi Cricket Betting — Bet on the Best Markets from BPL to the T20 World Cup
Across every cricket format — T20, ODI and Test — ok bazi gives you the chance to bet on a wide range of markets. Join in before the match starts or bet in-play while the game is on.
Cricket's three formats and major tournaments
In Bangladesh, cricket is more than a game — it is a passion. At ok bazi, you can channel that passion by betting across all three formats.
T20 is the fastest format — in a 20-over match, every ball counts. BPL and IPL are the most popular tournaments in this format. BPL features local teams, while IPL brings together top cricketers from around the world. Separate betting markets are set up for each of the Tigers' matches at the T20 World Cup.
ODI, or One Day International, is played over 50 overs. Both strategy and patience matter here — from a betting perspective, ODI offers a different experience because momentum can shift several times through the middle overs.
Test cricket is a five-day match — the oldest and most strategic format in the game. A draw is a valid result in Tests, so the markets are structured differently. ok bazi also carries markets for international Test series.
ok bazi has separate betting markets for every major ICC tournament — the T20 World Cup, the Cricket World Cup and the Champions Trophy. You can also find betting markets for football, tennis and other international events on the Sports Events page.
Football and Other Sports
Alongside cricket, ok bazi also offers betting on football, badminton and tennis. Football has three possible outcomes — win, loss or draw — so its market structure differs from cricket. In limited-overs cricket, a draw does not normally occur, so odds are split directly between the two teams. Cricket's 7 popular markets
Each market has a different type of bet. Below is an introduction to each market along with a simple example — these are only meant to give you an idea, not to indicate actual odds or guarantee any outcome.
Match Winner
A bet on which team will win the match — straightforward. Example: in Team A vs Team B, you pick Team B and Team B wins — your bet is successful.
Simple MarketToss Winner
You can bet on which team will win the toss before the match begins. The toss is an independent event and has no bearing on the final result of the match.
Pre-MatchTop Run Scorer
Which batter from either team will score the most runs in a specific innings or across the whole match. Example: you pick a player from a particular batting position in Team A's lineup.
Player MarketTotal Runs Over / Under
You bet on whether the total runs scored in the match will be above (over) or below (under) a set number.
Total MarketMulti Bet
A bet that combines multiple selections — if all selections are correct the return is much higher, but if any one is wrong the entire bet is lost. Example: picking three teams across three different matches.
Multiple SelectionsNumber of Wickets
Betting on how many wickets will fall within a set number of overs, or how many wickets a particular bowler will take — this market runs throughout the innings.
Bowling MarketMan of the Match
You pick which player will put in the best performance and receive the official award. This market is available both pre-match and in-play.
Special MarketHow odds are written in three formats
Odds on betting sites are usually shown in three different formats. At ok bazi you can choose whichever format you prefer. Below is an introduction to all three formats with worked examples.
Decimal Odds
The most familiar format. Say Team A wins at odds of 2.50. That means a ৳1,000 bet returns ৳2,500 in total — ৳1,500 profit plus your ৳1,000 stake back. If you lose, your ৳1,000 is gone.
Fractional Odds
The same odds in fractional format are written as 3/2. This means ৳3 profit for every ৳2 staked. Using the same example above — a ৳1,000 bet gives ৳1,500 profit.
American Odds
The same odds in American format are written as +150. A positive number shows how much profit a ৳100 bet earns. So +150 means ৳150 profit on a ৳100 bet. Odds for the favourite are shown as a negative number, such as -400 — meaning you need to bet ৳400 to make ৳100 profit. In that case a ৳1,000 bet returns ৳1,250 in total (only ৳250 profit).
All three formats convey the same information — only the way they are written differs. You can view odds in any format at ok bazi.
Live in-play betting — odds shift as the game goes on
In-play betting lets you place bets while the match is in progress. The odds change after every wicket, six and maiden over.
Say Team A has lost 2 wickets in the first 5 overs — naturally Team A's odds of winning will rise (because they are now in a more difficult position) and Team B's odds will fall. These changes happen in real time.
After the powerplay ends, or when the match is close heading into the death overs, the odds can become nearly even. ok bazi's in-play markets give you the chance to make quick decisions.
In-play betting in Test matches is more complex — pitch conditions, weather and how difficult the track will be to bat on during the fifth day all shift the odds from one day to the next.
In-Play Odds Example
Before the match, Team A's odds were 1.80. After they lost 3 wickets in 8 overs, Team A's odds moved to 2.80 and Team B's came down to 1.40. Bettors use these shifts to decide on new bets.
Note — this is only an example. Actual odds will differ from match to match.
Some practical tips for cricket betting
Betting is for entertainment — it is not a way to earn income. The points below will help you bet more mindfully.
Understand the format before choosing a market. In T20, total runs or match winner markets are easy to follow. In Tests, series result markets are more common.
Set a budget. Always stay within a set amount when betting. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
Be careful with multi bets. Combining selections does increase potential returns, but one wrong pick loses the whole bet. Start with fewer selections.
Do not rush in-play. Odds change fast, but that does not mean you need to bet on every shift. Take your time and decide calmly.
