1 Definitions and Applicability

Certain terms used in this document have specific meanings, which are listed below:

• "Platform" refers to the ok bazi website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "Member" refers to any individual who holds a registered account on ok bazi.
• "Services" refers to casino games, sports betting, fishing games, and other entertainment activities.
• "Transaction" refers to all financial activities related to deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit provided by ok bazi.

These terms apply equally to all services offered through the ok bazi platform. Specific promotions or services may carry additional terms, which will operate alongside these general terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

A personal account is required to use ok bazi's services. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Each individual may create only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their login credentials strictly confidential. Any unauthorised access must be reported to ok bazi support immediately.
• Transferring or renting an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• ok bazi may request identity documents or other verification materials from a member at any time. Failure to provide them within the specified period may result in a temporary account suspension.
• If registered details change, the member must notify ok bazi without delay.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

All services on the ok bazi platform are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Account creation or use of services by minors is strictly prohibited.

• At the time of registration, the member must confirm that they are 21 years of age or older.
• ok bazi reserves the right to verify a member's age at any time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.
• If it is established that a member created an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be considered void.
• ok bazi is committed to protecting minors. If a minor is present in a member's household, it is the responsibility of the adult member to prevent the minor from accessing the platform.

4 Terms for Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on ok bazi:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (the same across all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.
• Deposits must be sent from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Transactions made through third parties are not accepted.
• ok bazi reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and, if necessary, place a hold on withdrawals.

5 Terms for Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ok bazi's bonuses and promotional offers are provided under the following general terms. Each offer may also carry its own specific additional terms.

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500 — wagering requirement ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.
• Weekly ok bazi Deposit Festival: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering requirement 20x, minimum deposit ৳300.
• ok bazi Slot Fun Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000, wagering requirement 25x, once daily on slot games.
• Cricket Season Reward: 40% of deposit, up to ৳12,000, wagering requirement 22x, once per week.
• ok bazi Birthday Gift: Up to ৳2,000, wagering requirement 15x, once per year.
• Refer a Friend and Play ok bazi: Up to ৳3,000 per successful referral, wagering requirement 18x.

Bonus funds are not personal funds. Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. ok bazi reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games on the ok bazi platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules must be followed when gaming:

• Game outcomes are entirely random. If a technical error causes an abnormal result, ok bazi reserves the right to void the relevant round.
• In sports betting, the odds and rules of a bet are governed by the specific terms of that event.
• If a connection is lost during an active game session, ok bazi determines the outcome based on the last recorded state.
• In the event of any dispute or ambiguity regarding game rules, ok bazi's decision shall be final.
• Placing unusual bets or gaining profit by exploiting any technical error is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok bazi platform and will be treated as a breach of these terms:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating games using bots, automated software, or any artificial means.
• Creating multiple accounts in an attempt to claim bonuses more than once.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack it.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.
• Attempting to harass, defraud, or harm another member.
• Using ok bazi's logo, trademarks, or brand identity without authorisation.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ok bazi reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Evidence of fraudulent transactions or account activity.
• By order of a court or relevant authority.

A member may also request the closure of their own account at any time through ok bazi support. Any withdrawable balance will be returned through the standard process before the account is closed.

In accordance with the Responsible Gaming policy, a member may request deposit limits or a temporary break from their account, which ok bazi actively supports.

9 Limitation of Liability

ok bazi accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, or failure of third-party services.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a member's own negligence or a security weakness in their device.
• Any indirect or incidental loss arising from gaming activity.
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.

ok bazi's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount of actual funds held in the member's account.

10 Data Protection and Privacy

ok bazi places the highest importance on protecting members' personal data. Full details of how information collected on the platform is used, stored, and protected can be found in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, a member is also considered to have consented to that Privacy Policy.

• Members' personal data is not sold or rented to third parties.
• Data may be shared with designated authorities when required by legal obligation or to protect a member's safety.
• All transactions are secured using SSL encryption technology.

11 Right to Modify Terms

ok bazi reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or a platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any change is made will be considered as the member's acceptance of the updated terms.
